Easy Kid Friendly Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole
If you are anything like me, waking up early to make a homemade breakfast during the week is usually out of the question. It’s much easier to throw some waffles in the toaster, grab a few pop-tarts, or pour a bowl of cereal! Here’s a great recipe that my family absolutely loved, which keeps well for a few days and is de-LISH!
Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can Cinnamon Rolls ((You can also use the orange flavor!))
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- Non Stick Cooking Spray
Directions
Step 1 | |
Spray a round or small square glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to the temperature on the package of rolls. | |
Step 2 | |
Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll in 8 pieces. Spread on bottom of baking dish evenly. | |
Step 3 | |
Whisk together the creamer, eggs, & cinnamon. Pour over the cut rolls in the baking dish. | |
Step 4 | |
Bake for recommended time on package of rolls, or until they are a rich golden brown. Let stand for about 5-8 minutes, and add frosting container to top! YUM! |
