Easy Kid Friendly Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

Easy Kid Friendly Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

If you are anything like me, waking up early to make a homemade breakfast during the week is usually out of the question. It’s much easier to throw some waffles in the toaster, grab a few pop-tarts, or pour a bowl of cereal! Here’s a great recipe that my family absolutely loved, which keeps well for a few days and is de-LISH!

Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Serves 8

  • 1 can Cinnamon Rolls ((You can also use the orange flavor!))
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • Non Stick Cooking Spray

Step 1
Spray a round or small square glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to the temperature on the package of rolls.
Step 2
Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll in 8 pieces. Spread on bottom of baking dish evenly.
Step 3
Whisk together the creamer, eggs, & cinnamon. Pour over the cut rolls in the baking dish.
Step 4
Bake for recommended time on package of rolls, or until they are a rich golden brown. Let stand for about 5-8 minutes, and add frosting container to top! YUM!
