Returns & Refunds

We want your experience with Spilled Glitter to be great. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order. We take pride in offering quality jewelry and stand behind each item. Because our jewelry products are mostly handcrafted, you may see some slight irregularities in metalwork and stones that are part of the uniqueness of the items made by hand, and should not be considered defective.

All sales are final 15 days following receipt of your order, and no returns or refunds are honored after that time.

If you would like a refund, please submit your request via email within 15 days of receipt of the original order and if accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. Refunds will not be accepted past 15 days of the original purchase's receipt to your shipping address date. Don’t forget to keep your order number handy!
